fan controller problem

ok so, i have just connected up a fan controller the aerocool 6 fan one with leds and the fans i am using are
1x80mm and 2x12mm xilence red wings except for the front fan which is a new coolermaster sickleflow 120mm blue which is making a funny noise when i change the fan speed on the controller, it doesnt do it on the highest though
is there any way i can fix this? i have the fan connected via 3pin to molex and then to the molex fan controller cable
any ideas

For what it's worth, I had the same issue with a coolermaster case fan, made funny noises when set to low speeds via a fan controller, maybe the cause is coolermaster's fan quality? I dont know, but my solution to this was to use another fan.

i emailed aerocool and thats basicially what they said! i will email them now and ask if the aerocool fans work fine!
