Will the Zalman ZM-MFC1 Fan Controller be fine for the Delta 120mms, ie power wise, will it be enough power for them?

Also, if I cut the Delta down to half the rpm, is the db level and cfm linear? or are there major fall offs. Hoping to achieve a 30-40db with 90cfm (half power) that can be put up higher in summer etc.
 
Well I'm looking to run it off the Zalman controller so not sure what I'll be getting yet. The 1900rpm scythe look alright and I think should be ok for the zalman, though maybe the new Nocturna fans might be worth looking at.
 
Thanks for the replies. I was looking at the Sharloon as well but some people were commenting on an odd noise they make, possibly due to the golf ball texture of the fans. Doesn't look like OcUK stock the 400-2000rpm ones of which you speak of.
