Fan controller recommendations

Hi there,

I currently run 5 x 140 MM Corsair ML Pro white fans in my case
I cool my cpu with a H110i GTX

I'm looking for a fan controller, mostly so I can keep my cables neater and in one place (not running across the case/motherboard)
I'd also like it to be PWM compatible, all my fans are PWM and when I go WC I'll stick with the same fans in 120mm most likely

I'm also going to be going water cool when AMD vega launches, so would like something compatible with this

What would you guys recommend?
Will I really see a huge difference between the £40~ and £130 ones?
I'd rather not break the bank, less money for watercooling and corsair dominator that way

Could I hide one behind my motherboard in cable management space?
Would love to have those cables invisible on my pc

Will this do the job?
Is it safe to cable tie it to the case?

I'm using a H110i GTX, can I connect the pump to this also?
