Fan controller required?

I replaced 2 case fans (got a pair of 120mm 3-pin BitFenix Spectre) intake and outtake. I noticed in the BIOS that they are not spinning the same speed as each other, I guess this is due to a power/priority issue? One is ~500rpm and the ~1000rpm - which is the max. It's not particularly loud but it is an uneven sound, if that makes sense.

Would it be worth getting a fan controller to set them both at say 750rpm and leave the CPU fan as it is? (just a stock one at present at around ~1300rpm) Or is there some other way to do it which I can't see in the BIOS?

Looking at this fan controller

Pete - they're in SYS_FAN1 and SYS_FAN2. Will have a look at the manual for any differences between the two, I presumed they both work the same though.

jeckulz - Not overclocking as yet, and I had a look at Speedfan but only briefly, will give it another go.
