Hi,

This is my first post on the forum so be gentle :)

I have recently built myself my first PC - was very impressed it all worked first time around etc. I found the forum very useful and took my time to make sure I did a good job of the cable management.

I have the Antec 300 gaming case, which I am very happy with. I also added an extra fan for the side panel as I wanted to make sure things were kept very cool.

I had an Alienware M9750 previously and this overheated and died, hence the need to buy a new machine.

My question is that I would like to put in a fan controller so I dont need to take the side off if I want to increase the fan speeds etc. I have read the comments left for the controllers OC sell, but wanted the forums advice on which they think is best - and of course why.

Many thanks in advance.

Both are good, i found the Zalman gave more control and run the fans at there full speed.
The Kaze allows you to turn off you fans if you want to!! but only has 4 channels to the Zalmans 6, also i found the Kaze suffered a bit when connecting multiple fans to one output and you cannot connect fans directly it has to be via the leads supplied.

If temp sensors are important go for the Kaze in all other areas the Zalman is better...
