What I'm after next is a temp monitor for one of the 5.25 bays. Not a fan controller, my case has that built in.
I've had a quick look and on here that's all I can seem to find - fan controllers. does such a thing exist? I want a nice LED display and something that looks the part

Well im not 100% certain but if it displays temepratures, then the device usually has some sort of fan controller built-in, dont think of the top of my head that I have ever seen a device that just does the temp monitor function, an alternative would be a software based moniotring program but these arent completely acurate.

See what you can find here maybe - http://www.aerocool.us/ - which OCUK have a range in stock of.

Is that a Thermaltake Level 10 o.O

WRONG! :) You have no idea how long I've been waiting to say this :)

Anyway, you're looking at something in this section:

The Aquaero's are generally perceived to be the high end, but they're fan controllers.
So presumably the best answer for you would be to get an XSPC 5.25" Bay Temperature Sensor Frame, along with two of the XSPC LCD Temperature Sensors (Red, Blue, Green or White)

You could always use a standard-ish LCD display such as one found when googling "Super USB LCD Smartie" and using the LCD smartie software to set it up to show CPU temp???

thanks for that, loving the design - build quality looks spot on from what i can see too. I don't mind spending the wonga :)

and yes, well spotted - it is a Thermaltake Level 10 GT case - I absolutely love it!

I'm looking to this as i can think of many more things it could display with a bit of work. Such as download or encoding status, game scores fan speeds, temps, disk drive capacity, CPU and memory usage. Pretty much anything you like from what i can see! :D
