fan controller via power?

Is there a fan controller that can control fans via the power connector? I’d like to control the fans on a Antec 900 case, the case fans can not connect to the moatherboard (no ¾ pin PWM)

you can buy 3pin connectors for cheap.. and plug them into the motherboard probably the easiest way

was thinking about this, and getting new fans but the antec stock fans are actually very good and ive not found LED fan thats better
