Right tomorrow im ordering a CM-690 II i think plus a Silent Pro M600 PSU

My current problem is i want a fan controller also but it has to be a drive bay one. My board only has 2x 3 pin fan outputs on it and i want more fans. Will the controller be powered by 1x 3 pin fan output or 1x 4 pin molex and run all the fans i attach? I want 4 or 6 channels preferably.

I dont understand how they work :S
 
generally they are powered by molex with through wires where you simply plug the fan into the desired channel.
 
usually they're powered by molex, and they will run 6 channels fine as long as they're not deltas or something :)
