Fan controller

Hello i'm creating my own fan controller would any mind looking at my set up and providing potential voltage switches i would need



I plan to use this set up 4 times for 4 fans so i can use this

I'm not really sure that where my knowledge fails, I'd prefer a prebuilt one but finding one in white is very hard

any ideas where i can get a white speed controller as I may put this on the backburner
