Fan Controller

I've purchased the OcUK Labs 750D kit:

Do I need a fan controller for this? Or can I get away with using the MB headers/molex converters?
Also, what corsair fans do you recommend for intake and exhaust?

I'd recommend a Bitfenix Recon and some SP120's.

Did look at that one after reading the review of it on the forum.
Just read that the case includes 3 AF140 fans, might swap the front 2 for SF120's and keep the rear AF140.
What are the Corsair fans like compared to the XSPC fans I will get with the kit?
