Hi

Just got myself a nice shiny HAF XB and have started filling the fan slots with Bitfenix Spectre Pros. I am looking to find a decent fan controller to plug the fans into and want to make sure its compatible.

Can anyone suggest a good one to control the 5 fans (6th fan slot has my H80 screwed into it)?

Not too bothered about it being showy or flashy at all. I would prefer if it has any leds that they are green due to the fan colours and the sniper MB inside the box.

RE: THe matrix.

Spot on, however its not so much as watts we need to be concerned with its more of an amperage thing. There is now the FC5 V3 which also performs well, will go green as the user wishes and is a much more updated model than the v2.

Watts divide by volts and we get the amperage

Thanks for the advice am looking at them now. Although the FC5 is a little outside my budget going by the listed price on OC UK. What are the FC6 like? Want to get 2 80mms 2 120mms and a 200mm fan all controlled but the 80s could be done together as could the 120s cause of the location on the case I suppose.

I have a Lamptron FC6, 4 channels, 20W per channel with LED display and absolutely love it. It has 4 temp sensors as well, with long cables so it can reach anywhere.
Oh, and you have 6 colors to choose for your LED display.
Also, you can remove the faceplate and paint it to any color you want, just need either pliers or inbus key because screws are tight and cant remove them by hand.
I did mine like this:

You won't find better fan controller for 30£.

Looks awesome, seems I am destined to be purchasing one now.

Its so hard to find things with green LEDs makes it difficult to colour scheme with a sniper board
