Fan controller

I have a Enthoo pro case that has a PWM fan controller built in to it but I can't figure out how to individually change the speeds of the fans and not sure if it's even possible

Can anyone recommend a fan controller that will allow me to control 5 fans

Probably around £30 - Really don't mind if it's touch control or dials

Lamptron FC6 looks interesting though their seems to be lots of controllers for around this price point

Do all of my fans need to be PWM in order for them to be controlled by a fan controller
