Hi. My Phanteks case came with a 3-speed fan controller. I replaced the stock fans with some Noiseblocker BlackSilent Pro Fan PK2 - 140mm (1200rpm) fans. At the lower two speeds my fans won't run at all even though the start voltage of the fans is 4.0V. Something doesn't seem right?
