I want to try and bring my temps down a little, I'm at 75-77c at 4.2ghz.

ok as far as cooling goes all I have is a front 120mm stock case fan and 1 (push) fan on my hyper 212 Evo.

I can get a deal on 5 Aerocool 120mm fans (3 blue) for about £25 and ill probably pick up a Y-cable so I can put both push/pull fans onto the CPU_fan connector..

What I'm after is a decent LCD fan controller for the ballpark figure £30. (at least 4 channel)

Any suggestions?

Thank you to the mod/admin who shifted this thread :) Did you catch the duplicate one as well? (my mobile internet glitched on me)

@ snips
Thanks, ill take a look see at the specs.

any other suggestions.....?

I have a Lamptron FC6 which is pretty good. 4 20w channels, straight forward design, nice customization options to set your own colour theme. Also has temperature probes if you want to keep an eye one your ambient temps.

the FC 5 is effectively the same though for that extra £5 you get 30w channels

EDIT: misread your post. Do you mean LCD fan controller as in a Touch screen version with no knobs or just something that has some kind of LCD readout?

No love for motherboard fan control settings?

Best value you can get.

I have 4x120mm controlled by the motherboard from 1600 down to 900 with settings to speed up at 60 degrees cpu temp (unloaded temps are 30's).

Also 1x80mm fan on the HDDs speed controlled by a voltage mod which is literally swapping a couple of wires in the power connector.

None of my fans are PWM either, simply voltage controlled by the board.

Sorry guys, been away from an Internet source so couldnt reply to your posts..

LCD Touchscreen is preferred, I liked the look of the Bitfenix Recon, but after reading a few reviews I'm still looking..

Available spaces that I have on my tower are 2x 3.5' and 2x 5.25' so I have the space for the double height stuff like the NZXT Sentry LX (the Sentry 2 is kinda ok too, and the NZXT Sentry Mesh Fan Controller w/ Five 30 watts seems a no brainer but no lights :( )

I'd prefer no dials (knobs) and it being touch screen, and I have Blue front panel Strip lights and a front blue fan, as well as 5 fans (when I buy them) 3 of which blue.
