So I'm looking at 2 different ones... Zalman ZM-MFC1 Plus in Black or a Xilence Fan controller for 3.5" bays with red LEDs...
It will be going on a CoolerMaster Storm Scout... so I'm thinking the Xilence for the red LEDs, but the Zalman has more knobs and better quality...
With regards to how many fans it can control, the Storm scout (when it arrives) will have 5 fans (top, rear, front, 2x side) but front and rear aren't necessarily needed to be put on the controller, mainly the side 2 and top one as they are the ones you can mainly hear where my computer is positioned, which is making me lean towards Xilence slightly more however I am slightly worried it will be a bit tacky?
Can get them for:
Zalman = £23 ish
Xilence = £16.50 ish
Any input on either?
