I'm running a corsair 450D with 3 fans at the moment, the stock ones. But I have just purchased a pair of the corsair AF140s for the exhaust and I was looking at getting a controller to limit the exhaust fan speed to keep it quiet!

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BB-010-AK&groupid=701&catid=2331&subcat=189
As I'm looking for a manual controller that is pretty cheap. It has very contrasting reviews so I thought I'd ask on here.
Cheers!

I was just going to have the manual controls so I don't need to run them at full whack all the time

When I tried running 3 pin fans on my V Gene, it worked perfectly and was able to get the RPM down to 400 ish. With a programme like Speedfan, you should be able to control the fans and use custom profiles.

Ah right I didn't even think about that... Although it seems I only have 3 ports for fans :/ and with me wanting to add a couple more I didn't know I could split them unless I had to run them at the same speed...

i use this, it's perfect for the job. there is an FC5 V2 version but you really don't need it.

The 20w per chan of the FC6 means I could IF I wanted too, chain all my fans together (7 in total including 3 LED ones) off one channel. That is immense! i use 3x http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CB-013-AK to run 2fans per channel

Best set up you can go for imo. The LED is bright and clear, and changable to different colours.
