Fan controlling software

hey all, trying to find a program that allows me to adjust the speed of my CPU fan as I want to leave the PC on overnight

which software do you recommend?

In about the 3rd quarter of SpeedFan, there should be numbers from 0-100% with up/down arrows next to them. The % is the fan speed. Go through each one and see which, if any, changes your fan speed.
