Fan Direction Question

Now this might seem like a really stupid question but how can you tell which way to put tjhe fans inside a case to exhaust? I'm sure it's usually the way the sticker is facing but is there another way of telling?

Have a look at the surround of the fan and see if you can see any small arrows - a lot of fans have 2 arrows on the casing - one points in the direction that the blades spin and the other points in the direction of airflow.

Failing that, plug the cable into a mobo header and test it!

it goes in through the fan side and out through the sticker side (the bit with the struts)

Cheers, thought so but just wanted to make sure cos the fans didn't seem to be pulling that much air!
