Fan failure?

Never had a fan fail before but it looks like I have one here dead after only a month.

I have tried it in different sockets on my fan controller and it does not work.

When I plugged it into socket one, the fan doesn't spin at all. Tried a different fan and works straight away.

Before I sort an RMA.

Nothing else I should try?

Direct to mobo or psu? likely dead though.

Sounds as good as dead to me, I would return it personally

Try it with a Molex to fan connector.
But, it's most likely dead.
