Fan fault on GFX card

Hi ive just noticed my MSI R7950 Twin FrozR has a fan issue,
One of the fans refuses to spin idle
only starts up at 50c+

Not sure how long this has been going on honestly...
what can i do if anything?
 
How did I know it was going to be MSI :p

Not much you can do really apart from using MSI Afterburner and doing a manual setting for the fans or returning under RMA?
