Fan for my case

You've also got the option of removing the optical bay cage (if not in use) and adding 3x120mm fans to the front, to help out even more. Then you'd move the stock 140mm at the front to the top/rear as additional exhaust.

It'll help a bit but if you haven't tried undervolting that should be next thing after that, as there's only so much that case fans can do, and it often comes down to the direct cooling efficacy.

Say which motherboard it is as well, for fan header numbers and possible fan splitters.

Ah ok.

Well, there's a CPU_FAN header and 4 x SYS_FAN headers, all PWM compatible. And then three watercooling/SYS_FAN headers that may not be PWM compatible or have speed control. You could test that if needed.

I'd probably go with the two stock 140mm fans at the front. And get two 140mm fans for rear and top/rear exhaust.

Haven't used these personally but they are getting good feedback on this forum and aren't expensive:

Can vouch for 140mm Noiseblocker Eloop (B14-3) or Noctuas (various) or Aerocool DS Edition.

If you want to set a manual fixed speed can go for either PWM 4 pin or 3 pin fans. If you want to synch to CPU temperature (or indeed any other temperature that the motherboard may allow) then PWM 4 pin is better. When it comes to case fans I don't like hearing them ramp up and down so tend to go with manual fixed speed. I raise the speed slightly for summer.
