I have 3 fans on my watercooling radiator (all 120mm). They all have 4 pin connecters, my mobo only has 2 spots free for 3 pin ones, but i have them plugged in anyway (they run very slow). I have decided to purchase a control box to plug all my fans into.
Probably this one http://www.scythe-eu.com/en/products/pc-accessory/kaze-master-pro-525.html (not competition) the one up from what OcUK sells. This should be able to take all my fans but i don't think it supports 4 pin connectors.
