hi is the following fans ok for radiators

Akasa 140mm Viper

also what is a good 4-1 pwm fan adapter, 2-1 pwm fan adapter and a 3-1 pwm fan adapter

The Viper is a good fan as it has great static pressure which is a must for radiators.

As for the splitters, do you need four fans on one header or just two? they all do what it says on the tin

3x 140mm radiator fans on the 3 way splitter
4x 140mm fans on the 4 way splitter
2x 120mm fans on the 2 way splitter

As long as you have PWM headers and PWM fans you should be golden

I always use Arctic MX4 on my cpu and gpu but its up to you, people swear by Thermal Grizzly lately but its pricey.

I was considering the "Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut", I've seen "Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut" mentioned is that better

I wouldnt use conductonaut unless you were deliding your cpu, Kryonaut would be my choice if not going for MX4.

That question opens a can of worms, prepared to void your warranty? What temps are you getting and what voltages?

max 80-90c at about 1.3v

WHat cooler are you running and is that just gaming or stress testing when hitting those temps?

at the moment Thermalright - Archon IB-E X2 but its getting swapped for a alphacool eisbear 420, it's hitting the temps when mining with awesome miner

See how you get on with the Eisbear before considering deliding, that cooler plus good tim and good airflow should go a long way to getting the temps down.
