Build your system and check temps if they are acceptable.

I started out with 1 x intake and 1 x exhaust. Temps were fine I spent £30 on 4 x fans (3 intake 3 exhaust) and it made little to no difference In the fractal design r4.

You have a full tower and therefore not cramped so there shouldn't be any airflow issues at all.

Geek out and buy fans but I didn't notice much difference maybe 1c

stock cooler, slight OC, 1060 gpu

comes with 1x 200mm front
1x 140mm rear

worth adding another fan back-top for exhaust?

thanks
I have Enthoo Luxe which is same case with different front and top panels. I replaced front 200mm with 2x PH-F140SP, removed PSU cover panel, and put a 3rd PH-F140SP in bottom, removed unused PCIe back slot covers and use no exhaust fan. I have the intake fans plugged into motherboard and set use motherboard software to control case fans speeds so they speed up and slow down based on CPU and GPU temperatures.
I suggest you do the same.
