Hi about 2 weeks ago I got this PC with a couple of changes

KFA2 EX OC 1080 GTX
I7 6700k
16GB ram
256gb SSD
2TB HDD
At first on all games as soon as I launched it a fan made a noise straight away. I think it was the CPU fan kicking into 100% but not sure but I no it was a fan. Now it doesn't make that noise and it stays same speed.
Also I get a bad buzzing sound from one of the fans or PSU I don't really no what it is but it only happens when graphics are be used a lot.
Just wondering what it could be. Everything fine it just that something not kicking in like it once was.
