How do I measure the noise of my fans?

You need a dba/sound metre, and preferably an anechoic chamber...

Or you can just do what silent x do, take a random guess and - 10 from it...

My mum is a teacher of the deaf so i'll ask her.

I was joking about the chamber...

Just look for a decent sound metre, athough you will need to take measurements in a quiet place.

You'll need to get a calibrated meter designed for those levels, with the correct weighting. Also need to measure background levels. Measure from the same distance every time, say 12"

Any reason why you want to measure the noise from your fans? If theyre noisy then they are noisy, get some quieter ones

Yeh its a blue led samurai fan, its as noisy as ......
if i stop it my pc is silent, well to me it is probably becuase my hearing has been damaged from this one

Do you have to have the fan on? Just replace it with an amber

they arent that quiet unless you 5v them though
