Msi have software for the mob to control fan speed or you can buy reduction cable, but during gaming your gpu will be noisiest

Would you recommend buying anything to make it less noisier ? Or would you just mess about with the fan speeds ?

Have you identified what the noisy fans are?
Chances are it'll be the GPU as Morfinel says, but it just might be the case/PSU/H90 fans... if it's any of these, they are easily changed and we have a load of fans we can recommend (Noctua, Noctua or Noctua, heh heh ;) )!

Ye it's the Gpu making all the noise, is there any thing I can do with that ? Or is it just live with it ?

I ended up watercooling the gpu as it was the noisiest item in my machine.
Now whatever the load I put on it, it's lovely & quiet. :D

Few things to try: clean the gpu fans and remove any dust and try to keep low temp inside the case with plenty of fresh air, make sure the back of pc is not too close to wall where hot air is getting extracted, what is your gpu temp on idle atm?

I'm not that familiar with the case, but it looks like you could yank the upper HDD cage out and chuck another fan behind the front panel instead. That'd increase cool airflow intake.

I personally find having many fans at lower revs = better cooling and lower noise, rather than a couple of fans blasting air at top revs.

Also, where is the case sat?
Is it somewhere with a lot of empty space around it, or is it tucked away under a desk?
Is the room temperature particularly high at all?

The windforce cooler on Amd cards gets pretty loud(i have 280x,it runs cool but loud)

You could use Afterburner to change the fan speed curve.

AFAIK on windforce cards the target temp is set to 72 degrees by default.290's are designed to run 24/7 upto 95c.

You should have plenty of headroom to increase the threshold of temperate that the fans speed up at.
