Fan not spinning on GPU

I have a 7950 in my office machine just for office stuff and it has 2 fans. Only 1 spins but the GPU doesn't overheat (In fact its still really cool). DO I need to worry about buying new cooler for it or is it fine for now?

Yes I know I need to get a new fan but can I leave it a few weeks?

Why use a 7950 for office stuff. I don't know the power draw of a 7950 working in 2D only but expect it to work ok with just the one fan. Some more modern cards don't even spin up their fans until 60 odd degrees and they seem to work ok.

Expect it to work fine with no fans.
It will work even better if you switch to the igpu

I use it as its my old GPU. Gaming rig now has a GTX770 (Still not impressive).
Even tho its my office PC I have in the past played Constructors and little games like that (The gaming rig is a simulator downstairs with steering wheel etc...)

1 fan stopped working on my old sapphire 7970 I ordered a pair of replacement fans from Hong-Kong via the auction site for around £10.
