Just wondering what fan options people have gone for on their Cosmos 2. I am running the stock fans plus 2 additional Asaka Viper 120's in the roof.

I do find them Viper's noisy though, would you agree? Would you recommend anything else or another config?

Temp are fine to be honest. CPU Idles at 34 - 37 and maxes out at 50 under load.

The 6970 is a little hotter Idle at 60 and runs 70 - 80 under load

I've got water cooling in mine. The stock fan on the front and back and the default fans that came with the cooling kit. Also the 2 stock fans on the HDD bays. My 670 runs at 34 idle and about 55-60 under load and my i5 3570k @4.5 runs are 24-34 idle and 55 under load

I don't want to water cool it ATM. I will be moving to America soon, I will probably do that when I get there.

I was thinking more Air Cooled solutions.

You can put 3 120mm up the top, 1 140mm on the back. 2 120mm on the door. 1 200mm on the front and 2 120mm on the hdd drive cages at the bottom. You could even mount a 120mm on the top drive cage if you wanted.

You could attach x2 120mm to the HDD cage in the middle providing your not using the hot swap HDD bays at the front.
