Fan question please

hi all,

im looking at getting one of these fans, but can anyone tell me how it works please? - is it tempreture sensitive to the air in the case, and if soo what temp?!

oh right, i thought that was what TC stood for. probably wrong!

well either way im looking for a fan that will cut in at about 23-24*C, are there such a thing please?
