Hi,

I have an NZXT Phantom full tower case, I'm after some new fans. Now ideally I would like something max 19db (I want the pc to be quieter) with as high air flow as possible. The case has a fan controller so I can change the fan speed manually.

4x120mm (Two of these will be on an antec kuhler 620 single rad so they must have high static pressure.)
3x200mm (One of these will be on the side panel)
1x140mm

I've been looking at the following:

Cooler+Master+Blade+Master+120+PWM+Fan+120mm+-+4+Pin for £4

Good/bad choices? Is there better?

Get a proper hardware fan controller (e.g. Aqueros) and then control the fans for minimal noise based on the temperature of the system as a whole.

Do the gt1850s have a high static pressure then? Is there a reason everyone is recommending them?
These are also fairly oldish now, surely there is something better on the market? I've been seeing a lot of 120mm mounted 140mm fans, would they not be better?

140mm and 200mm is not so clear. Depends on your focus perf or noise. No clear winner sadly.

Noiseblocker are great quiet fans for a silent rig.

Nah the A14 was only ever intended to be used as a case fan, it was only two of the 120mm that I was going to stick on the rad.
