Fan recommendations (quad rad)

What fans would you recommend for a Feser xchanger quad rad (or would you recommend a different rad?)

The rad will be mounted outside my case (underneath it) so the fans have got to be quiet but capable of keeping things cool.

Scythe Gentle typhoons, not the prettiest but are certainly great performers in the sound/airflow/pressure stakes.

The 2000 rpm ones on a fan controller, that'd work well right? I can pick and choose between silence and performance
