My build is almost all ordered now, just need to look at fans.

Lian 2 Mesh RGB case (dunno why, not fussed about RGB).

Arctic 2 AIO cooler.

What would people suggest for case fans?

The Arctic will be on the front so the 3 it comes with wont be used there, not sure if they can be just used elsewhere.

Will have an exhaust fan blowing out (obvsiouly).

Ive seen others have two fans bottom with 2 fans top, would the fans from the front work (albeit leaivng me one short).

Any other reasonably priced, but quiet fans that anyone could recommend for the top/bottom ?

Is it better to get PWM fans throughout?
Yep, even if normal models scale to low volts PWM versions have more advanced motor with lot lower power draw allowing safely putting more fans into one motherboard header.
Also PWM PST variant would have splitter built into cable.

PWM is better. Basically you maintain the 5V voltage and modulate the sinusoidal wave to modulate the amount of power delivered to motor thus altering RPM. Where DC modulation is ramping up and down the voltage which is not only inefficient (DC motor typically operate at a good efficiency at a very selected voltage range) also you may introduce very odd effects such as motor whine, low torque (unable to push much air through radiator for instance) etc.

PWM always.
