NZXT Kraken X63 280mm AIO

870 QVO 2TB SATA SSD
BeQuiet Dark Power PSU
Vertical GPU mount

Current fan setup

120mm exhaust
2x140mm pulling on the front mounted AIO
140mm intake below GPU

The fans in this are just what came with the case, put where I could easily fit them.
I do have some more 140mm fans and was going to put two 140mm fans pulling air in at the bottom but the hoses from the AIO are in the way, so I think it'd need to be dual 120mm there.

I've not built a system with an AIO before and am just looking for reassurance that I've got the airflow as best I can. This case has an option to bring air in from the right side of the case, but I don't think it's needed.

Temperatures seem fine when underload, but I've not ran it hard for long yet. The intake fans underneath look a bit.. naff as it's the 'back' of the fan - I don't really need to see the voltage/current specs. Could put a sticker on it?

I would try the AIO as exhaust on the top if it fits and then have at least 1x 140mm fan in front as intake, probably both and not underneath the GPU to see if you get better results- you will more than likely get less dust in the case that way I would think

The rad won't clear the VRM heatsinks at the top.

As the case is stacked ontop of another, it's not suck air underneath from the carpet so hopefully.. maybe.. less dust?

Personally I'd go something like this...
Front AIO takes fresh air in from outside, did you try fitting it on the side?
Ideally you have 2 fans at the bottom pulling in cool air for the gpu (which might actually be better off horizontal...)
Rear fan exhaust and then 2 fans at the top as exhaust.

You could always add some risers under the case feet to help get in air in at the bottom if you're concerned with your desk/stand placement.

The above is very similar to how my o11 evo is set up, but I obviously have a glass front.
Side mounted AIO with air being pulled in from outside, bottom are intake from outside, top and rear are exhaust. GPU fans pull cool air in from bottom intakes, then blows it away towards the top.

It just seems like a more natural air flow path with warm air naturally rising due to convection etc.

If you don't like the reverse fan in the base, some companies are now doing reversed fans again, phanteks for example.

In mine, ive got

2 x 140 at the front intake
2 x 140 at the bottom intake with a 280mm radiator (pull)
2 x 120 on the side (push / pull) but intake with a 120mm radiator, the upper spot is taken up by an EK 120mm res pump combo
1 x 120 on the back intake
3 x 120 on the top exhaust which are set to run slightly faster than all the other fans to get rid of that heat, never really gets hot hot though unless im stress testing.

you want positive pressure in the case, cool air in the front and bottom, hot air out the top, ive tried loads of different configs like exhausting the air out of the side section and my temps where higher, it was simply pulling air in from the front and then the fans with radiator at the side were stealing most of it and throwing it out of the side, so I changed those to intake, you can see a picture of my setup here: https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/threads/asus.18964425/post-36446186
