Fan speed control software for ati 3870

Does anybody know if there is any software to control the fan speed on my powercolor HD3870 extreme as it seems to be a little bit on the noisy side and the temps never seem to go above 52C. Thanks

Oh by the way i am running vista 32bit home premium.
