having a little problem
i have a 92mm fan and when in the old pc, its whisper quiet, i mean i cant hear it at all unless i put my face in it.
however, take that very fan out of that computer, and plug it into the new computer. BAM full speed all the way. thought there was some kind of natural disaster going on. anyway ive tried turning the fan speed down on the program 'speedfan'. funny program that is, u turn the fan to 0%. and although there is a speed difference, u can blatently see the fan still moving..
i did manage to get the fan moving slower and so not as loud, got it to about the sound of a hoover now, which although an improvement, is still unbarable
how els can i turn the fan down? thanks in advance..
