Fan speeds during overclocking

Hi guys

Quick question.

I have an Antec 900 Case and Tuniq 120 heatsink, should I have the Tuniq fan set to max whilst carrying out OC? I assume that once I have set my steady overclock it will be safe to regulate the Tuniq afterwards to around 1500rpm? (quieter)
