Fan splitter cable for Kraken AIO

Looking to buy a Kraken AIO as above, but I have seen on a review it does not come with a fan splitter cable for some reason.
I can see 2 likely ones

which says in the info (Please note RPM sensing will only work for one fan when using this cable.)

are either or both of these ok or is there something else

Both will work, but you'll want the top one, it's 4 pin so you'd be able to use PWM fan speed control. 3 pin voltage control can't usually run fans over the same range of speeds as pwm, as they'll stall at low voltage. It's definitely worth the extra £3 for pwm.

from this picture it really seems that there is fan splitter on the power cable (the one with sata) ..
all nzxt coolers i know have this
