Wondered if you guys can help...
My HD 4870 fan stopped spinning last night and the pc keeps shutting down.
I was wondering if the ATI CCC could be the culprit for this and that somehow its set my fan % to 0?
But.. the fan doesnt even spin up when i reboot the pc and its in the BIOS (not even in the OS), so does this mean my card is borked and i need to send it back? Surely CCC doesnt effect it outside of windows
