Fan suggestion for Hyper 212 Evo

Hey, I have a Hyper 212 Evo cpu cooler and for a few months now the fan has been rattling, I've ruled it out being anything but the cpu fan making the noise despite ensuring nothing is hitting the blades, it's dust free etc.

It sounds like pretty much any 120mm fan will do the job, however I'd like one that is nice and quiet whilst providing sufficient cooling so I'd appreciate a suggestion. I'm not looking for RBG or LED functions or anything like that
 
You'd ideally want something with good static pressure and cheap. No point in spending loads on a budget cooler.

The Arctic F12 PWM fans in my experience are the best cheap and cheerful option for heatsinks and radiators. Very decent static pressure.

I thought the Arctic P12 series was meant for heatsinks and the like because they're more static pressure orientated?
