I have the Titan in the "NZXT Phantom 410 enthusiast" case. It has (3) fans I think but even when gaming I don't see the top one spool up (and I can't see the others whilst the case is closed).

Can I speed test the fans using a hardware tester? Seems to be dozens out there and one I did try just showed one fan spinning but tbh the CPU & GPU weren't under any load.

The system is only a few months old, want to test to ensure a connection hasn't come loose and I can quickly fix it.

They are connected into the case fan controller:

Traced and none of the 3 case fans function (Back, Top and Front)

Motherboard is "Motherboard: GIgabyte Z87-HD3 (Socket 1150) ATX Motherboard" with the base spec being as per this OCUK Link. https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-362-OE

After some diags from OCUK it would appear the fan controller is at fault (0V line and 5V line appear to have a short).

Ref the fan controller molex socket and PSU molex. These are connected. However I did want to check they are connected right:

This next photo shows the current connection which may need checking:

Should be able to make out (left to right) that left is unused [red], two black then black with white stripe [into yellow]

The black with white stripe was loose, the others were fine. Should this be moved into Red?

I do have a continuity tester. The three outputs from the Fan Controller are labelled 0V, 5V and 12V. Can't remember off hand which one is which on that photo but I'm fairly sure the 12V is the white stripe. No idea what the Red-Black-Black-Yellow cables are (in terms of voltage) to be able to pair them up correctly.

Ah yes... The issue I have is the 0V and 5V on the fan controller are shorted (connected) so OCUK are sending me a replacement Fan Controller... Then I can continue the mission.

Well that connector was loose anyway so thought Id check that whilst Im waiting. When I work out which is the 5V Il swap them over and let the cooling begin.

Thanks - you still helped with the molex!
