Antec 300. Trying to connect my top 140mm exhaust fan to my newly purchased Scythe Kaze-Master fan controller. The 140mm comes with a 4pin molex plug and the Kaze-Master requires a 3pin fan plug.
So I bought an adapter: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CB-012-AK&groupid=701&catid=48&subcat=153
Connected it all up and with no luck, fan won't spin.
So I'm currently running:
[4pin molex] > [4pin - 3pin fan adapter cable] > [3pin fan - 3pin Kaze-Master plug]
Will not work for some reason. I have tried with different fans connected to different outputs. Plugged in my Noctua fan, which is on my Noctua heatsink and that works fun with the Kaze-Master. The LCD screen is fine as well...displays all 4 temps and all 4 fan RPM's when I have my Noctua fan plugged in instead of my 140mm exhaust.
The adapter is just not working.
Any ideas?
