Fan wires

Looking to set up 2 beefy fans for a push pull cooler when I eventually get round to it, and may take the plunge and add a few more fans here and there just to make the case feel a bit more 'complete'.

I was looking for the sort of cabling I would need for this - only found the following on OcUK: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CB-031-AK

Is this the sort of thing I'd need? If so, how many?

For PWM fans yes. Not sure what happens if you wire up a non PWM fan to it.

Can you daisy chain them or is there a maximum power draw from a fan header? Not wanting to go wild, just wondering for ease of cable management.
