The sad thing is, we see camp and we see warriors, then it must be bad? If they are not burning bus shelters and mugging old ladies then teaching them something else with a few different values surely can't be bad.

No, a camp and warriors isn't inherantly bad any more than a gun is inherantly bad, it is what you do with it. A camp could simply be a place to give children a bit of focus and fun or it could be altogether more disturbing. It is the different values they are being taught that is important, if they don't go round mugging old ladies but they, say, take the destruction applied to the metaphorical government and apply it to the real thing, I'd then have to opine that it was a bad thing and certainly not the sort of values to instil into children. Please note I have no great love for government(small or large G) but teaching people to have no respect for them strikes me as a rather dangerous path to go down.

As some may know Al-Qaeda don't just have a gripe with the west. In afghan, Afghan christian villages are exterminated by Al-Qaeda training groups. These are things heard first hand from people in the area. Who say "So and so village 40 miles from here was wiped out by Al-Qaeda".
What am saying is martyrdom nowadays is different in Islam as it is different iin Christianity this could be how the media also drum things up as well but then the americans don't do themselves any favours.
