ok, so i'm going to a party later this week and there is a compulsory dress code as 90's cartoon characters. now its a week 'til payday so funding is short. so so far i'm going to try Johnny Bravo.
now, it would be VERY easy if i could find big yellow rubber quiff. but nobody does one. as far as i can tell. (cookie if someone can find me one!)
now i'm quite handy making stuff and i've been racking my brain on how to make it. so far i'm looking at buying or getting hold of some polystyrene and crafting it to shape and the paper mashe-ing it. has anybody tried something like this? if so.... tips?
