Fancy iPod Dock Help

My parents have just come back from holiday where they stayed in a hotel with a glorified iPod dock, and now they want one themselves

This dock was connected to the television and audio system in the room such that when they plugged their iPod in they were able to use a remote control to browse it on the TV screen. They would like something similar for their living room with LCD TV and surround sound home theatre setup.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a fancy dock that can do this? I've already started to have a look and found this Cygnett one but I'm not too sure of the S-Video output; I was really hoping for HDMI or some other high-definition one.

Thanks - The Philips seems to be regarded as pretty unreliable (though I have to admit it looks ideal otherwise) and I think that the Meridian offering is no longer being made. I was after recommendations but the pointers are helpful anyway
