Fancy pizza bread

Heading to a party Saturday and want to take some kinda pizza based food. Ive picked up some ciabatta and some part baked white baguettes to use as the base.

Now topping I should be fine for, but can anyone recommend a good tomato sauce to use? I will probably use mozzarella with the sauce. Then add various toppings.

Alternatively, plain old passata makes the best pizza sauce imo

Make your source from reducing tinned and fresh tomatos, for best effect over 2-3 hours.
