Has anyone ordered from them before?

I put an order in on Sunday, had a confirmation email and then nothing. They haven't responded to my emails or anything. I used them because I saw them recommended on this site.

Are they generally OK?

I've used them a few times, but never again. They made a mistake on my last plate, and no matter how many times I called or emailed I never got a response, let alone a refund or replacement.

Never again.

I used them..

Plates were fine but took longer than they stated, maybe a week to arrive...
