Fanless Graphics

I have not long finished building my first pc and the only thing left to do is install a new graphics card as I am currently using Nvidia 6800 out of my old Dell8400.
I have seen a fanless Nvidia 7600gt 256MB DDR3 PCI-E Core Clock Speed : 560MHz / Memory: 1400MHz as low noise is important as I leave my pc running through the night in my bedroom.
I use my pc mostly for gaming ie:- F.E.A.R.,BOILING POINT.
What are the thoughts on performance and reliability of fanless.
Also would I have to install more fans to the side of the case for heat extraction.

1GB Memory

120mm Xilence (front)
2x 80mm Xilence (side)
92mm Acoustifan C-series (rear)

Thanks thats what I wanted to hear
6800 is pretty noisy now after 18 months.

I've tried cleaning the fan but with no effect must be the bearings.
So out with old and in with the new.(When I have enough pennys that is)

I must also say that speed of reply to questions is remarkable.

I will try some oil and see if that works.
