Fanless Heatsink

Hi. Im running a 478 P4 3Ghz. Im hoping to put a fanless heatink on it - possibly the Thermalright XP-120 (as its relatively low weight). Do people think this will be ok cooling wise? The processor is rarely under very heavy loading.

should be fine but i would pick up a slient fan to wack on top just incase. you can add a fan controller and change the speed whenever you want.
